Dr. Eric Ward, PsyD, LCPC

Hello! I’m Eric Ward, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and relationship/men’s coach. I’ve been working with adolescent and adult clients for more than 30 years. I particularly enjoy working with couples and men who are struggling with relationships, work, and parenting.

My goal in working with clients is to help them rediscover the emotional and psychological connections with others that make a more meaningful life achievable.

My style of therapy can be described as “radically kind” (probably a fancy way of saying “direct”). I help people define their goals, identify the barriers to accomplishing those goals, and get to work developing the skills necessary to meet them.

I am married and have 3 daughters and 1 granddaughter. In my “free” time I am an amateur author. If you’re interested, you can find my books on this website.

Stephanie Lilly, MA, LCPC, RPT

Hi, I’m Stephanie Lilly and I am a parenting coach and child & adolescent therapist. I have a master’s degree in Community Counseling and am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor.

My approach to working with clients is holistic, allowing for individualized care that is supported by evidence-based techniques. I focus on building a trusting, therapeutic relationship with clients to provide the optimal environment for positive change.

I am a registered play therapist and have had extensive training in behavioral modification that brings excellent results while working with young children and their parents. My background in child development lets me offer parents practical strategies to address a wide range of parenting challenges.

I also work with adolescents and young adults struggling with self-injury, suicidal ideation and mood disorders. I also enjoy working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression and relationship issues.

Victoria Rodriguez - Del Rio, MA, LMFT

Se Habla Español. Hi! I’m Victoria, and I’m a relationship coach and Marriage and Family Therapist. I believe people are naturally lively and healthy, but our access to this liveliness can become blocked as we are forced to adjust to various life challenges.

I work with individuals, couples, and families to help them gain awareness of why and how they have lost access to meaningful parts of themselves, find ways to remove blocks to emotional growth, and move towards a life that feels more connected and alive.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that every life and every relationship has the potential for growth and renewal. By fostering a safe and non-judgmental environment, I encourage people to explore their emotions, improve their communication skills, and strengthen their bonds. Whether working with couples experiencing infidelity, navigating the complexities of marriage, or seeking to reignite their passion, I am dedicated to helping partners rediscover their connection and build a more fulfilling relationship.
