Compensation

At PsycHelp, we want our clinicians to stay with us. It’s better for them, for our practice and ultimately for our clients. One of the ways we make this happen is through compensation. Our team members – made up of counselors, social workers, marriage and family therapists, and psychiatric medication providers – are compensated at and above the standard in our field. When you partner with us, your compensation is based on a number of factors: education and licensure, years of experience, and additional training/certifications that may help you better serve our clients.

Eric Ward, doctorate of psychology and licensed mental health provider

Dr. Eric Ward, PsyD, LCPC

Hello! I’m Eric Ward, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and relationship/men’s coach. I’ve been working with adolescent and adult clients for more than 30 years. I particularly enjoy working with couples and men who are struggling with relationships, work, and parenting.

My goal in working with clients is to help them rediscover the emotional and psychological connections with others that make a more meaningful life achievable.

My style of therapy can be described as “radically kind” (probably a fancy way of saying “direct”). I help people define their goals, identify the barriers to accomplishing those goals, and get to work developing the skills necessary to meet them.

I am married and have 3 daughters and 1 granddaughter. In my “free” time I am an amateur author. If you’re interested, you can find my books on this website.
