The Anxiety Survival Group for Girls.

Is your teen daughter struggling? Maybe her behavior has become extreme – she’s verbally lashing out at others, she isolates, and she’s struggling in school. Is she having trouble managing even the most basic of emotions? Are you wondering, “Where’s my daughter and who IS this person?”

Anxiety in teens, especially for girls, is at an all-time high. Social media pressures, increased school demands, and changing cultural values have them confused, worried, and trying to figure out where they fit in. This is why she’s struggling.

Our “Anxiety Survival Group for Girls” will help your daughter learn how to manage these symptoms. Call us today for a free consultation to see if this group is right for you.

Dr. Eric Ward, PsyD, LCPC

Hello! I’m Eric Ward, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and relationship/men’s coach. I’ve been working with adolescent and adult clients for more than 30 years. I particularly enjoy working with couples and men who are struggling with relationships, work, and parenting.

My goal in working with clients is to help them rediscover the emotional and psychological connections with others that make a more meaningful life achievable.

My style of therapy can be described as “radically kind” (probably a fancy way of saying “direct”). I help people define their goals, identify the barriers to accomplishing those goals, and get to work developing the skills necessary to meet them.

I am married and have 3 daughters and 1 granddaughter. In my “free” time I am an amateur author. If you’re interested, you can find my books on this website.
